1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Couleurs d’Afrique 974 website and the sale of its products to customers. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Made-to-measure creations and unique pieces may show slight variations inherent to their handcrafted nature.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes, excluding delivery charges specified before order confirmation. Couleurs d’Afrique 974 reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online securely through our various providers. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

5. Delivery

Shipments are handled by Colissimo and Chronopost Express, worldwide. Delivery times are indicative. You can track your shipment from the Track my parcel.

6. Right of withdrawal

For our standard-size items

You benefit from the legal right of withdrawal. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your parcel to inform us of your wish to return an item. Once your request has been made, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For our made-to-measure creations

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. As each made-to-measure piece is cut and made exclusively for you according to your own measurements (or unique personalisation options), it cannot be resold. Consequently, these items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a proven manufacturing defect.

7. Returns, Exchange and Credit note

Returned products must be in their original condition. Exchange or credit note is issued after receipt and inspection of the product.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided by French consumer and civil law.

9. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, contact us via the contact form. In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
